Recover my rider profile

Keep your original username, existing rider profile, bookings and history. Enter the rider details below and verify the recorded email. If the old record is missing date of birth or postcode, enter the correct details: we save only missing fields after email verification. Existing recorded details must still match. You can finish this process yourself.

For a rider under18, their parent or legal guardian must complete the adult details and authority confirmation.
